Hi, Ron, this is Jamie Seeker, and I am calling from Phoenix, Arizona in the US,

Jamie, well, first of all, welcome to Chat and Spin radio. And now, you want to talk about your business called Seeker Solution. So just tell me about the business and the kind of work that you do. And also, what inspired you to start?
Jamie:
Yeah, sure, my business is Seeker Solution. And we are an operations management consulting company. And our heart and passion is really just small and medium-sized businesses that are really targeted toward owners who are still operating every aspect of their business. And so you can imagine, there are definitely character traits of an entrepreneur, but everybody is individually different, and what they love to do, what they’re good at what their skill set is. And
so it’s really quite impossible to do everything all at once all of the time when, especially when your business is growing. So that’s where seeker solution comes in, we have a bunch of different business solutions that everybody needs, whether it comes to financial management. So that’s like your budgeting and your cash flow and understanding what your numbers are telling you and how to make financial decisions to human resource management. So that’s, you know, knowing what the laws are in your area, and also understanding your people in the culture there. So we have a bunch of different solutions that business owners can tap into and utilize our services for to kind of help them grow and achieve their goals.

So you don’t even have to leave the page. So yeah, you can message us on any of those platforms to find out what we’re all about, or even, you know, ask any questions that they’re curious.

Well, what would you say if there’s someone listening right now? And this does happen now? And again, if someone’s listening right now, and I think, Well, I would like to speak to Jamie, but I’m not sure if I should, what would you say to them?
Jamie:
You know, if you don’t know where to start, we actually have a business assessment. And even before the assessment getting into the business, we set up a breakthrough call. And that’s just a session, it’s typically 30 minutes to one hour with me and just kind of talk you through what is it that you heard that made you think, you know, I might need that. And we just kind of explore that a little bit. And it’s a really good time, you kind of walk away with the set from the session with an action plan. So whether it has anything to do with, you know, taking advantage of any of our services or not, they’re very, we talk about your pain points, and really kind of what you’re doing to address them, if anything. And so it’s a really good time to to walk away with some action steps. If you’re feeling like, hey, this sounds a little bit appealing to me, I would say absolutely take advantage of that breakthrough session.

Jamie:
We just have a passion for people in small business, and I think everybody’s got their own idea about what a business owner should look like, or how businesses should be operating. And what we really try to do is help people understand what their strengths are and what their passions are, and that help them make it look like however they want it to and not what they think it needs to be. And so we help with very practical business principles to help implement that. But the way that’s just the way in which we do it, but really what we’re all about is helping them to really achieve their vision and their mission.
